It looks like Jack Harrison is going to make the inevitable move to England, with Manchester City close to sealing a £4million deal for him before the month is through.
The England under-21 starlet – who currently turns out for MLS club New York City FC – has been hot property this month, with a number of Premier League clubs reportedly interested in him.

Sheikh Mansour, who bought Man City back in 2008, also owns NYCFC and Melbourne City as part of the City Football Group, and regularly uses the three clubs to swap players.
Australian midfielder Aaron Mooy was signed by Man City from Melbourne in 2016 before moving to Huddersfield, and the weird, Umbro-announced signing of Mix Diskerud at the weekend looks like it could be a similar deal.
So, essentially, Man City have paid £4m to themselves, and will no doubt sell Harrison for a profit in a year or two.

The 21-year-old, who was a target for Stoke City earlier this month, will reportedly be loaned to Championship side Middlesbrough for the rest of the season.

Harrison has proved a big success in the MLS, scoring 10 goals in 36 appearances last season, which earned him a call-up to the England Under-21 squad in October.
His debut for the Lions came in a substitute appearance against Scotland when he replaced Tammy Abraham in the 88th minute.
